Welcome to Krasivo Cleaning Service LLC. By booking a cleaning with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These terms help ensure a clear understanding between our clients and our team, and they protect both parties.

Please note: We do not clean biohazardous areas, spaces with pests, drug-related materials, or animal waste (e.g., dog feces).

Booking & Scheduling

You may book by text, call, email, or via our website contact form
We accept same-day and next-day bookings, though advance notice is appreciated
No deposit is required to confirm an appointment
We serve Scottsdale, Phoenix, Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler, Paradise Valley, Cave Creek, Glendale, and surrounding areas

Payment Policy

Payment is due the same day after the cleaning is completed.
We accept the following payment methods:

Zelle
Venmo
Credit/Debit Cards
Checks

Failure to provide payment may result in paused or denied future service.

Cancellations & Missed Appointments

If you cancel within 36 hours of your scheduled cleaning, a $50 cancellation fee will apply
If our team is unable to access the property or you are unavailable, we reserve the right to charge 30% of the estimated cleaning fee

Client Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and thorough cleaning:

Please move or clear large boxes or clutter where possible
Ensure that access to the property is available at the scheduled time

We are unable to perform services if the environment is deemed unsafe or obstructed.

Supplies & Equipment

Our team brings all required cleaning products and tools. You do not need to provide any equipment unless specifically requested or agreed upon.

Damages & Liability

We always treat your property with care. In the rare case of accidental damage, we will offer reimbursement, replacement, or resolution through our business insurance.

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service for reasons including (but not limited to):

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Aggressive behavior or harassment
Illegal activity on-site

Privacy Policy

We collect only the information needed to schedule and deliver our services. This includes your name, contact details, and service address. Your information is kept secure and will never be sold or shared.

Policy Updates

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most recent version will always be available on our website.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. By using our services, you agree to comply with all applicable local and state laws.
